Omega Yeast OYL-018 - Abbey Ale C

A well known strain from a famous Trappist brewery, this yeast produces the distinctive fruitiness and plum characteristics found in that classic example of Belgian beer. An excellent yeast for high gravity beers, Belgian ales, dubbels and tripels.
