Description
A proprietary slow-release fertilizer blend specially designed for first-year hop plants. This is the exact formula used at the hop farm to grow hop rhizomes. We’ve found this mixture to be strong enough to enhance growth, but not so harsh that it burns up the young shoots. The custom proprietary blend is a mix of N (Nitrogen), P (Phosphorus), K (Potassium), and dried kelp.
For best results with first-year rhizomes, rhizome fertilizer should be used along with Asco Root™ Rhizome Root Growth Enhancer.
*Note: This item will ship with your hop rhizomes. If ordered separately from rhizomes, it still will not ship until Spring and will be sent based on USDA Plant Hardiness Growth Map.
