Description
Lightly kilned 2 row Harrington malt, Briess Ashburne® Mild Malt is best suited for mild or pale ales as a base or color malt. Lends a higher residual maltiness / mouthfeel and a slightly darker with a higher dextrin level than Pale Ale Malt.
